A few months back Linkin Park announced the release of their three hit tracks as downloadable content for the players of the hit game “DJ Hero 2” and now their wait is over as Activision, the publishers of the game has announced the "DJ Hero 2" DLC tracks. Three of the Linkin Park songs available in a mix pack on December 21; these songs include "The Catalyst (Does It Offend You, Yeah? Remix)" remixed by FSG, "When They Come for Me" a Diplo Remix and their first and only remix song "Pts.of.Athrty" further remixed by FSG. These tracks are not only amusing the DJ Hero 2 players but they will also be a good DJ collection.
Linkin Park, two times Grammy Awards winner released their latest album “A Thousand Suns” in September 2010 and is currently touring in support of the new album. Their new trip called “A Thousand Suns tour” is currently performing in Australia and on December 7 rock band performed at Burswood Dome, Perth. Linkin performed live on December 9 at Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Adelaide, on December 11 & 15 at Acer Arena, Sydney, on December 12&13 at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne and their final Australian performance was at AIS Arena, Canberra on December 16.
Linkin will kick start their North American tour next year by January 20, 2011 from Sunrise and will continue touring US cities including Tampa, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, New York City, Kansas, Boston, Philadelphia and Saint Paul through February 4, 2011.
A Linkin Park Thousand Suns tour’s next stop would be in Canada to perform two shows on February 7& 8 in Montreal and Toronto. Band will resume its American tour on February 10 from the Verizon Center, Washington, D.C and will continue touring cities including Uncasville, Texas, Houston, Las Vegas, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, Cincinnati and Salt Lake City through February 28, 2011
Linkin Park’s next year UK performance has been confirmed at Download 2011, a 3 day rock music festival held yearly at Donington Park, England. The band will burn the stage on June 10, 2011, the first day of the festival.
